 As a new commercial broker, my confidence increased immensely after Bob McComb’s “Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate,” from the organized hand out and delivery to the applied application. The hand out was laid out very well with a simple and direct approach toward your real estate business. Both Bob McComb and Peter Droubay feed well off each other. Bob McComb is very effective in voice inflection. For example, Bob has different voices for his different characters in his example stories of past situations. Peter is effective in getting participation from the room.
